Refunds — United States

Regen Factor Pty Ltd does not refund a change of mind. Once the order is placed and the deposit is paid, it cannot be cancelled. See the cancellation policy. Equipment ordered for a clinic is not returnable because it was never opened, or because the clinic later decided not to offer the service.

Where the return is our error — you received an incorrect or defective item, or an item that does not match the order — you may return it. We pay the return shipping when the return is our error. If the law of the state of delivery requires a remedy for goods that fail a warranty that cannot be disclaimed, that remedy is available. Regen Factor Pty Ltd does not disclaim liability for fraud.

These systems are sold to professional practices for clinic use, not as household products. The buyer confirms that. If a particular sale is nonetheless a consumer-product sale, a right that statute gives is not waived by this page.

You should expect to receive a refund that is due within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases it is quicker. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Email info@pepfactor.org with your order number and details about the product. We will respond with instructions for how to return it. Do not send a system back before we reply.

We ship to clinic addresses in the United States. We do not ship these systems outside the United States and Australia. Some products cannot be supplied where the practice does not hold the licence that state requires. Quadlaze Max and RenuVa are in that group.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates from the availability of the items and the shipping option you choose. Where a rate is weight-based, the weight is rounded up to the next full pound, to match the carriers we use.

If we do not ship within the time we stated, or within 30 days if we stated no time, and the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule covers that sale, you may cancel it for a refund of what you paid toward it.
