Where we collect personal information in Australia, or from a person in Australia, we handle it under the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal information is information or an opinion about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be worked out, from that information. On this site that is your name, clinic, email address, telephone number, country, the systems you ask about, and any note you write. We do not ask for a date of birth. This website does not keep a customer-account database.

Regen Factor Pty Ltd collects personal information only by lawful and fair means, and only what we need to answer an inquiry or to supply what you order. Where it is reasonable and practical, we collect it from you.

The request form does not store the form on our server. Sending it opens your own email program with a message addressed to info@pepfactor.org. We receive those details only if you send that email.

We do not appoint a third party to collect that form. If you press play on a film, the player loads from YouTube and YouTube receives that request under its own policy.

If you do not identify yourself, we may not be able to send a specification pack or a quote. To remain anonymous, do not send the request and do not include information that identifies you. Please give information that is accurate, up to date and complete.

We use personal information to:

• reply to you and send a specification pack or quote
• supply goods or services you order from Regen Factor Pty Ltd
• keep an internal sales and administrative record
• follow up the inquiry you started
• do anything else you have agreed to
• meet a use the law requires or authorises

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for cross-context advertising.

Regen Factor Pty Ltd may disclose personal information:

• to the email and shipping providers who carry a message or an order you asked us to send
• to a person you have agreed we may tell
• where the law requires or authorises the disclosure

We do not give an inquiry list to another business for that business’s own marketing.

You may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@pepfactor.org. We do not charge a fee for the request or for a correction. We will answer within a reasonable time.

If we no longer need the information for a purpose in this policy, and the law does not require us to keep it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it or to de-identify it. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

In the United States you may use the same email to ask for access, correction, or deletion. We will honour a request the law of your state requires us to honour.

You may opt out of sales follow-up at any time by emailing info@pepfactor.org. Until you do, we may reply and follow up the inquiry you sent. Opting out does not delete a record the law says we must keep, and it does not cancel an order. Cancellation is dealt with in the cancellation policy.

Regen Factor Pty Ltd is in Australia and sells to clinics in Australia and the United States. An email you send, and an email we send back, may be handled by an email provider whose servers are outside Australia, including in the United States. A film you play is served by YouTube. Where the Australian Privacy Principles require it, we take reasonable steps so that an overseas recipient does not hold, use or disclose the information in a way that would breach those principles. If a step is not reasonable in the circumstances, you consent to that disclosure by sending the inquiry or by pressing play.

If you are in Australia and you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We do not publish a telephone number for privacy requests.

Sending information over the internet is not always secure or free of error. Other than liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, Regen Factor Pty Ltd is not liable for a breach of security or an unintended disclosure that occurs in transit from your computer to your email program, or from your email program to us.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The photo tools, if you use them, keep images in this browser only. They are not uploaded by this site. Choosing not to store anything in the browser does not stop you reading the site.
