Refunds — Australia

Regen Factor Pty Ltd does not refund a change of mind. Once the order is placed and the deposit is paid, it cannot be cancelled. See the cancellation policy.

Where the return is our error — you received an incorrect item, a defective item, or goods that are not of acceptable quality or do not match the description under the Australian Consumer Law — you may return the item. We pay the return shipping when the return is our error.

A major failure can be a refund or a replacement, at your choice, where the Australian Consumer Law gives that choice. A minor failure is repaired within a reasonable time, or replaced or refunded if it is not. Those guarantees cannot be excluded, including for many clinic purchases of AUD $100,000 or less. A notice we ask for within 14 days of delivery does not take those guarantees away.

Opened consumables that are not defective are not returnable. A system that has been configured to the order, dispatched, or installed is not returnable for a change of mind.

You should expect a refund that is due within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. In many cases it is quicker. That period includes transit for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), our processing once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and your bank processing the refund (5 to 10 business days).

Email info@pepfactor.org with your order number and the product. We will reply with instructions. Do not send a system back before we reply.

We ship to clinic addresses in Australia. We do not ship these systems outside Australia and the United States. Quadlaze Max and RenuVa are supplied only where the practice holds the state laser licence the treatment needs.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery from availability and the shipping option you choose. Where a rate is weight-based, the weight used is the carrier’s billed weight, rounded up to the next kilogram that carrier bills.
