LEGAL
Cancellation
Last updated 23 October 2026. Regen Factor Pty Ltd.
The rule
Once an order is placed with Regen Factor Pty Ltd and the deposit is paid, the order cannot be cancelled. The deposit is not refunded. The balance remains payable on the terms of the order.
An order is placed when Regen Factor Pty Ltd accepts it in writing and the deposit stated on the quotation or the invoice has been paid. A change of mind is not a reason to cancel. A room that is not ready, a change of staff, or a decision not to offer the treatment is not a reason to cancel.
Regen Factor Pty Ltd, 14/117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100, Australia. Write to info@pepfactor.org with the order number if you need to talk about an order. Writing does not, by itself, cancel it.
Australia
This rule does not remove the Australian Consumer Law. A clinic purchase can still be a consumer purchase when the amount paid or payable is AUD $100,000 or less, or the goods are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use. Where a consumer guarantee applies, it cannot be signed away.
If there is a major failure, the goods are not supplied, or another right that cannot be excluded applies, the buyer may reject the goods or end the contract to the extent that law allows. Any amount that law says must be returned will be returned. If Regen Factor Pty Ltd cannot supply the order, the deposit is refunded.
A contract term that the unfair-contract law says is unfair does not bind the clinic. The no-cancellation rule is the rule for a change of mind after a deposit. It is not a right for Regen Factor Pty Ltd to keep a deposit where we do not supply what was ordered.
United States
There is no general right to cancel a clinic equipment order after the deposit is paid. A home-solicitation cooling-off rule applies only where that particular sale actually meets it. Clinic orders placed with Regen Factor Pty Ltd from the clinic’s own request are not door-to-door sales.
If we do not ship within the time we gave you, or within 30 days if we gave no time, and the sale is one the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule covers, you may cancel that sale for a refund of what you paid toward it. If the goods are not what the order describes, or they are defective, the United States refund policy applies. Regen Factor Pty Ltd does not disclaim liability for fraud. A right a state says cannot be waived still applies.
If we agree to release an order
Regen Factor Pty Ltd does not have to agree. If we do agree in writing, the buyer pays the loss on that order, including goods already ordered from a supplier and costs already incurred, and the deposit is kept toward that loss. The terms of sale are the contract.
